Lets get the New Year New Me into Action!

New Year, New ME!  Are we all not tired of hearing this old adage anytime a new year begins?.... Personally, I believe in setting goals, plans and putting things in order. I love to put all my goals and plans in action after setting them and I get a unending enthusiasm anytime I fulfill a goal or plan! the big QUESTION though is.... do I really put all these goals and plans into action during the year? The truth is that we as humans think we have a long time on earth to achieve our dreams but we forget time waits for no man. Procrastination has always been my actual new year achievement, due to how I always push my goals to the next year. This year I have decided to get out of this endless loop of nothing and promising a new year new me. Time is ticking by, use it as a positive not negative. Take one day at a time and be the version of yourself!
 Like Louise Hay says " How you start your day is how you live your day. How you live your days how you live your life".


Change your Routine
  • If you not happy where you are, MOVE you are not a TREE, this is one of my favorite quotes thus far.. and applying it to some aspects of my life daily has been great. It gets boring when we go about the same routine in our lives everyday, challenge yourself in a way that will scare you and push yourself to accomplish it! Apply for that dream job, travel to the city you've always wanted to, go to the gym like you said you would in the past years, apply to that dream college. Make the IMPOSSIBLE POSSIBLE!!!!


  • Ask yourself this question on a daily basis : Will what I am doing (or not doing) get me to where I want to be ? In terms of the people your surround yourself with, the type of conversation you have, the type of food you eat, exercise habits and other things. Make the necessary changes if you have to and improve upon it if you got to! YOU GOT THIS ! 
  


Defeat self doubt, unworthiness, fear and insecurities!
I personally have anxiety anytime I have to try something new, been told a couple times that I hate to try new things but I learned the hard way that its actually better to try new things and fail at them than not trying at all. Remember you only start to live once you get out of your comfort zone. so start living and become the best version of yourself. Push past your fears, " leap and the net will appear ". I was scared as hell when I decided to move out on my own and have my own place but with time , it only made me stronger and overcoming that fear was only vital to my personal growth and I love it!

Procrastinating and making excuses only made me believe I was not ready for anything and trust and believe you will never be ready for anything until you will push your self to it. Insecurities, self doubt and fear only steals your joy and will to push forward in Life. Embrace the possibilities out there.
