BALANCING ALL ASPECTS OF LIFE
Issa stressful Life
So I realized, the older you get, the busier and messier life gets and I must admit I'm enjoying these hurdles because they are shaping me into the woman I want to become. Responsibilities upon responsibilities, they never end...ughhh and talk of relationships. With time I realized organization and prioritization was key to maintaining my sanity as well as life. I needed to focus and put my energy into things that will benefit me.
I believe that if something is worth it, you make time for it but I have always struggled with balancing school, work , my relationships with other people, blogging and everything in between. I remember getting to a place where I was ready to burn all the bridges which I have now overcome, life got so stressful I began questioning the existence of God, that was when I realized things had to change. I had to make space for myself and things that made me happy. At first these changes seemed so difficult and impossible but with prioritization and most importantly God, everything is falling in place.
Balancing my life started with
putting God first and that made life quite simple. I also have a book where I write everything in ,what I want to do and also how to go about it and this helps me get a lot off my chest and magically eases my stress. My school comes first and since I have some few months to graduate I have no choice than to make sure all my schoolworks are all up to date. Secondly, I cut off toxic relationships with people who only feed off my sanity and surrounded my self with people who are truly there for me and believe you me this cuts down so much stress in ones life. Get around people who have the same ambition and goals as you.

Writing things down, getting them done and ticking them off once at a time is very therapeutic and makes life a whole lot easier. You will realize things start to fall in place and you gain sanity over this stressful life when you are more organized and prioritized. Also remember to put your happiness first. I found some sort of happiness going by this routine and I can't help but be thankful to God and I already see better days ahead. PS: graduating in less than two months ( will blog on that soon) and I'm overly excited and most importantly life is going as planned.
Trying to do everything at once is a non starter and I would not recommend that, give yourself some time, take a deep breathe and understand you can only take one day at a time.
xo xo, with love Naa
